Via Carpatia EGTC has been a stable actor in the Slovak–Hungarian border region, and
beyond, for more than 10 years. It is important for us to implement activities in the region that
have a significant impact on the lives of local residents. To achieve this goal, the EGTC
considers it essential to build a management team with experience and expertise. Therefore,
within the framework of our previous ETT-24 project, we provided training courses for our
employees, which enhanced the qualifications of our project managers. It was also necessary
to update our marketing materials, which we accomplished through the ETT-25 project. In
addition, a team-building event was organized. Our main goal remains to implement projects
that develop the region in cooperation with our partners. Strengthening partnership relations is
essential for this, and therefore, we have also organized partnership-building forums within
the framework of our projects.
