It is important for us to implement activities in the region that<br \/>\nhave a significant impact on the lives of local residents. To achieve this goal, the EGTC<br \/>\nconsiders it essential to build a management team with experience and expertise. Therefore,<br \/>\nwithin the framework of our previous ETT-24 project, we provided training courses for our<br \/>\nemployees, which enhanced the qualifications of our project managers. It was also necessary<br \/>\nto update our marketing materials, which we accomplished through the ETT-25 project. In<br \/>\naddition, a team-building event was organized. Our main goal remains to implement projects<br \/>\nthat develop the region in cooperation with our partners.
